Summary0001074: Exporting with invalid codec parameters crashes OpenMPT
Description

Some codec parameters combination are not possible, such as stereo 44100kHz vorbis at 32kbps bitrate (I tested in ffmpeg and it thrown an error: https://i.imgur.com/h8q3q5E.png ). If you try to export a module to an audio file with this. The program will crash.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Open any module
  2. Export as lossy
  3. Select Vorbis, 48000kHz, Stereo, ABR 32 kbit
  4. Click OK and save the file
