Summary | 0001074: Exporting with invalid codec parameters crashes OpenMPT |

Description | Some codec parameters combination are not possible, such as stereo 44100kHz vorbis at 32kbps bitrate (I tested in ffmpeg and it thrown an error: https://i.imgur.com/h8q3q5E.png ). If you try to export a module to an audio file with this. The program will crash. |

Steps To Reproduce |
- Open any module
- Export as lossy
- Select Vorbis, 48000kHz, Stereo, ABR 32 kbit
- Click OK and save the file
