Summary0001062: Menu item "Close All" should be disabled when "Close" is disabled
Description

The menu item "Close" is disabled when there are no modules open, but that is not the case for "Close All". This is a very minor inconsistency.

Steps To Reproduce

Problem is apparent on initial launch of OpenMPT. Also can be reproduced via these steps:

  1. Launch OpenMPT
  2. Open a module
  3. Use "Close" or "Close All" menu options.
  4. Note that "Close" is now disabled, but "Close All" remains enabled
Additional Information

Doesn't actually cause a problem. "Close All" is effectively a no-op in this scenario.
