Summary0000468: libopenmpt-XMP
Description

Setting of Sampling Frequency doesn't really work
at mine the frequency is fixed at 48kHz for the XMP-Plugin,
(that's why the resampling sounds a bit worse than OMPT)
sometimes the config window shows 96kHz but the general
info window always shows 48kHz - if i try to force it shows
96000Hz(48000) like it does for a mp3 96000(44100).
The WinAmp in_libOMPT-Plugin in XMP delivers real 96kHz, but only in 16bit
which sounds a bit more worse at my setup.

Steps To Reproduce

There is a bug in beta1 that fails to save the settings if you did not have the plugin installed before (which you most probably had not).
That might be what you are experiencing here.
This has already been fixed in r3556, so can you please try if http://buildbot.openmpt.org/builds/auto/libopenmpt-win32/libopenmpt-win32-r3559.7z works as expected?
