When you select a region in the Pattern Editor, you can drag the selection to another spot and the corresponding fields in the destination are replaced, including new empty spots. Would love to see a feature where dragging to a spot will replace ONLY IF the corresponding field is empty AND the source spot is not empty, something like a transparent copy function. (Perhaps an alternative modifier key to do a transparent copy/move.)
