Summary	0001806: Pattern playback actions behave strangely when the current pattern is not in the order list
Description	If the currently edited pattern is not in the order list, the following things happen when trying to start playback from it: When Follow Song is enabled, it's not possible to play the pattern twice in a row. The second attempt always causes a jump to order 0. Playing from cursor also doesn't seem to work. The pattern is played from the beginning instead. The first point also applies here.
