Currently, the Resample Dialog has three options for resampling: upsample, downsample, or input a custom sample rate. While the first two are very handy and the third is definitely crucial, I would suggest the additional option to adjust the sample rate by percentage. For example, you could enter 200%, which would be the equivalent of the built-in Upsample option. However, you could still enter custom percentages.
