Description

This requires various steps:

  • remove all unlimited FileReader::GetRaw functions
  • rework the caching layers to be usable with files > size_t on 32bit
  • split IMemoryData from IFileData and base FileDataMemory and FileCursorTraitsMemory on it~

These steps turned out to not work out.
