Summary | 0001294: Song commenting-tools
Description | Maybe the song-message tab could get some love for 1.29, like a small set of the most nifty insert tools. Like how often do you type date into the comments - note-pad as example has that pressing F5 instantly inserts a timestamp in [mm:hh dd/MM/yyyy] format. Or, a signature card where you can insert song-message templates. I'm just spawning ideas, and I honestly think those I've given here is quite trivial, since yeah you could just look at the date at the system-clock and write it, and signature-cards could just be a text-file saved somewhere with the template text. But the main reason that made me think of all this is the time it takes - i.e. in time-limited contests as OHCs, you put much time as possible into music, and you barely have any time to comment your tune. But again, trivial. In those events module-information is of low value and importance. I just thought of maybe get a kickstart of some ideas of facilitating text-tools for module commenting.
