Can open only one sample or instrument or patern in tree view,next is not changing.

http://sagagames.de/stuff/mptrack.exe Should be fixed. In return, http://forum.openmpt.org/index.php?topic=3687.0 is broken again, but that's an extremely minor bug anyway.
