Summary0001336: Incorrect global Volume samples at import instrument from SF2
Description

Not often, but meets. At import instrument from SF2, all samples have it Global volume = 4. It is necessary to correct manually on 64. I do not know, it is error OMPT or SF2. Meets, both in single SF2, and in multibanks.
In multibanks happens 5-10 instruments Global volume = 4, and the others - it is normal.

OpenMPT did not properly handle negative attenuation, so instead of amplifying some instrument regions, they were set to the lowerst possible volume. In addition to this, volume of instruments and presets was also not added up. Both issues are fixed in r12973, which can be downloaded soon from https://builds.openmpt.org/builds/
