Summary0000941: Noise at start of buffer when unpausing playback through sample/instrument editor
Description

When resuming paused playback by triggering a note in the sample or instrument editor, the tails of previously playing notes are still heard for a very short time, typically sounding like a little noise burst. When unpausing playback through the pattern editor, this does not hurt, but in the sample and instrument editor it sounds like a bug. I have not fully investigated yet if these are old notes still being fed into the mixer or if this is previous mixer content that was generated when the pause event was issued. It seems like simply killing all voices in CModDoc::PlayNote does not fix the issue, so it might be some old buffer. Using stop instead of pause does not show this behaviour.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Play any song
  2. Pause (not stop) playback
  3. Go to sample or instrument editor
  4. Trigger a sample
