Summary	0000935: Sample offset preview in sample editor
Description	Something akin to what MilkyTracker got recently, with its newest update - possibility of visualizing sample offsets directly on the waveform view in the sample editor, when a key is being held (the offset closest to current mouse cursor position being displayed at a given time) + playing the audio from previewed offset on mouse click.

Saga Musix 2017-03-31 14:56 administrator ~0002952 Last edited: 2017-03-31 14:57	You can already preview from any offset by ctrl-clicking a point in the waveform and the closest offset to that point is printed in the status bar. I think this is more useful than doing it the other way around: it answers the question "which offset value do I need to enter in the pattern editor for playing from this part of the sample" rather than "Where in the sample can I find offset O30", which is not really a goal-oriented question.
