Summary0000780: Add libopenmpt-info for querying module metadata in shell scripts
Description

libopenmpt-info should be a simple command line tool to query various metadata of a module file and output it in JSON, XML and/or straight single-value string to stdout. It should not depend on sound output libraries or other libraries beyond libopenmpt.

Additional Information

libopenmpt-info can be implemented by stripping down the openmpt123 code.
