Summary0000734: Correct BPM from start
Description

Went to find the BPM for my song for notating into MuseScore, but the software gave me the tempo where the play cursor was, which was after some tempo changes. When i put the play cursor back at the beginning, it gave the correct BPM approximation.
I can see some use for determining the real BPM at the play cursor, but there should be a separate way for getting the real BPM of the track initial's temp settings. Perhaps right-clicking in a pattern could allow the user to get the BPM for that location after tempo/tick commands, but the menu option could give the INITIAL BPM. (And the dialog that gives this info should be clear as to where the real BPM applies.)

Does this just include the Song Settings, or does it factor in Song Controls on the very first line of the song?

You can get the initial tempo by stopping playback. Since it's already possible that way I don't see the importance of adding an additional command.
