Summary0000610: Crash when backspacing one sample
Description

When you hit backspace after selecting a portion of sample, it fades it to the next portion or the end. When "backspacing" with only one sample selected, MPT will crash, every time. Now I know you can't fade or center offset a single sample, but is there any way to keep it from crashing?

Steps To Reproduce

1) Open any tracker file.
2) Go to Samples tab.
3) Click-and-drag to highlight exactly one sample (so the status bar says 1 sample).
4) Hit backspace.
5) Crash.
